The two countries may still be the eurozone's weakest links, but Greece's solid opposition election win and Ireland's resounding Lisbon Treaty "yes" vote should both reduce the risks to the rest of Europe.
Greece's Socialists won a greater than expected landslide election victory on Oct.4, giving them a comfortable majority to push forward an economic programme based on economic stimulus and tax rises for the rich.
On Oct.3, Irish voters overwhelmingly endorsed the EU's Lisbon reform treaty, a major hurdle for Prime Minister Brian Cowen whose government would likely have fallen immediately had the treaty been rejected for a second time.
The two countries have been the hardest hit in the eurozone by the global financial crisis, prompting some to fear they could drag down the wider bloc particularly if domestic political stalemates stymied policy-making.
"In Greece, the election results mean we will have a stronger government than its predecessor," said IHS Global Insight Europe analyst Grace Annan.
Either an inconclusive result in Greece or coalition failure in Ireland would have raised the spectre of a policy hiatus that could have left the countries too politically paralysed to tackle their economic problems.
That could have left Europe's stronger economies, primarily Germany, footing the bill.
Greek stocks rose outperformed other European exchanges and bond yields tightened relative to German debt, with investors cheered by the thought of a government with a firm mandate.
"The surprise of a strong majority is what is driving the market higher today," said Alpha Finance analyst Manousos Stathoudakis in Athens. "Longer term, this could help public finances and the stock market."
Ratings agency Standard and Poor's said policy choices by the new government could affect Greece's sovereign rating in either direction, warning that further budgetary slippage could be negative but a "clear, credible and sustainable agenda to reinvigorate reforms" could eventually benefit the rating.

1. Open http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/ find "Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE)" and click Download
2. Choose Linux as Operating System, then click Continue
3. Right click the download link then paste to the terminal
4. Download file jre-6u14-linux-i586-rpm.bin using wget from terminal
5. Type chmod +x jre-6u14-linux-i586-rpm.bin
6. Type ./jre-6u14-linux-i586-rpm.bin
7. Check the java version installed, by typing java -version

3. type : nano /etc/ssh/sshd_config

MD5 used to encrypt text to 128 bit value. For example if you use md5 to encrypt word "hello", the result will be "5d41402abc4b2a76b9719d911017c592".

This is one of small tips that can be used to speedup your windows vista.
Recently, I used Windows Vista Ultimate.
1. Speedup disk performance
For Vista with SP1 Integrated, you can save your harddisk by installing the backup installation of SP1. Don't worry you still can upgrade your PC to SP2
How to do it? Follow the following steps:
Go to Start-Run. You can do by pressing Windows+R
Type "vsp1cln" , type Yes. Finaly, restart your PC
3. Disable Hibernate Function
System restore consume a lot of space. You can disable it and you save the space of your hard disk.

After installing it, follow the images below:

How to convert from IDE to AHCI in Windows XP?
I read some articles said that hard disk with type AHCI is better than IDE based on performance point of view. This information encourage me to change the format of my notebook hard drive from IDE to AHCI
I used ACER 4530 and Windows XP Proffesional as Operating System
The steps:
1. Download driver AHCI/SATA for XP that support you notebook or PC
For you that use Acer 4530 can download the driver here

2. Extract file *.rar
3. Open Control Panel, click Add New Hardware
4. Yes, already connected, browse to the bottom, hit, "Add A New Device"
5. No, Have Disk, browse the directory where we extract the .rar file. Chose file nvgts.inf
6. Uninstall other Standard IDE controllers (NOT Primary nor Secondary)
7. Reboot and enter the BIOS
8. Change the hard disk type from IDE to AHCI mode
9. Enter the Windows… , if it is succesfull you will not find Blue Screen, but if you failed you will find Blue Screen
10. Windows will install the driver automatically and ask for restart
11. Restart your windows

13. You will see 2 AHCI Controller, hapus one of then that has exlamation mark
